Refund Policy

SafeSurf VPN subscriptions are paid in rubles (SBP, bank card), via Telegram Stars, or in cryptocurrency. The subscription activates immediately after payment is confirmed.

Refund terms

Given the non-material nature of digital goods and services, refunds after access has been granted are generally not issued, except in the cases below.

• A refund is possible if the service was not rendered due to a technical fault on our side, or access to the subscription was never actually granted.
• You must contact support within 24 hours of payment: @Safe_SurfVPN (include your Telegram ID and payment date).
• Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
• No refund is issued if: account access is already restricted; the refund request wasn't initiated by the user themselves; more than 24 hours have passed since payment; the user violated the Terms of Service.
• Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, you must contact support first — this is a condition of using the service.

An approved refund is issued via the same method the payment was made with.
